Show date for 2024 is Saturday, June 22nd, from 9am - 5pm. Please note, this is an outdoor venue. Please prepare accordingly for inclement weather.

Please note this is a juried show. Set-up and display are important! We will be visiting your social media sites for photos of your previous or current selling experiences.

However, if you have not sold at a show before, please do not hesitate to apply! We love those pursuing the fun of selling for the first time, too!

We are happily accepting vintage, handmade, and boutique vendors!

The focus of our market is vintage, on-trend boutique and handmade artisan items - specifically home decor and personal accessories. We strive to keep a balance in each category so our shoppers have a good variety of items to choose from. This is a juried market, and content is taken into consideration when we are choosing our vendors, in hopes of providing our shoppers with a well thought out variety of items to choose from.

All booth spaces are on a grassy park with no electicity available to product vendors. A white tent for each 10'x10' space is required. You may provide your own tent, or rent one from us for the event. We will provide set-up of the tent if renting from us.

Vendors are expected to have their booths styled in an attractive manner. Merchandise must be displayed in a way that looks pleasing and inviting. We are looking for eye candy! NOTE: This is not a flea-market type show. Vendors must have at least one representative in their booth at all times. If you will need relief for lunch, bathroom breaks, etc., please bring an assistant with you.

Vendors are expected to keep their booth free of trip-hazards. Please keep an aisle that is clear of merchandise for everyone’s safety.

There is a limited amount of electricity available to food/drink vendors only. If you are a food or drink vendor who would need electricity please note that in your application.

You may apply for multiple 10'x10' spaces. Booth space locations will be assigned prior to the event and enforced. In the interest of fairness to all vendors, we will have someone that will be going around during the set up process to make sure vendors are using the space they have paid for. We have clear markings on the ground as to the boundaries of each corner. Any vendor outside their designated space will be required to move their things back within their space or pay for an additional booth before the market opens for the day. 

Merchandise Vendor

10' x 10' Space [providing your own white tent] – $80 Early Bird Pricing ($100 after May 1st)
10' x 10' Space [renting our provided white tent] - $130 Early Bird Pricing ($150 after May 1st)

Mobile Vendor

$175 Early Bird Pricing ($200 after May 1st)

If approved to be a vendor, you will receive an email with information for remitting payment. You will have 10 days from the date of that email to remit payment to secure your space. If not paid by the due date, your space may be offered to another applicant.

All payments are non-refundable. Before you commit, be certain you are able to attend.

Friday, June 21st from 9am-5pm and Saturday, June 22nd from 5am-8am. Vehicles will not be allowed on the grass for loading and setting up booths.

All booths must be completely set up by 9am on Saturday morning. Vendors will be allowed on the grounds at 5 am Saturday morning.

Vendors may not start breaking down their booth prior to the close of the show at 5:00 pm. Vehicles will not be allowed on the grass for load out and breakdown of booths after closing.

All vendors must charge appropriate sales tax of 9.2% on each purchase.

One-day liability insurance policies are usually available through an existing Homeowners or Business insurance policy for a very low cost. It is HIGHLY encouraged that each vendor obtain a policy that provides coverage for their booth space. Flint Hills Artisan Fair,LLC is NOT responsible for any damage and/or injury that takes place within your booth space. PLEASE keep all aisles clear and safe.

If you choose to leave things in your booth overnight, it is at your own risk. The local Sheriff's Department will be patrolling the grounds periodically throughout the night.
